Our Programs & Classes
Students and enthusiasts of Karate have many reasons for their interest in this and other martial art styles. Some are drawn to the physical fitness and weight-loss aspects of training. Others seek to add discipline and self control to their lives. While still others are concerned about safety and self-defense.

Lil' Dragons Program
This is an ongoing program for 3-5 year olds. Children learn the basics of Karate and incorporate them into fun exercises and physical games which help them improve focus, teamwork, control, balance, memory, discipline, fitness and coordination. We work on good manners, how to take care of ourselves and how to deal with strangers. We want to ensure that our students learn to avoid and/or deal with the possibility of child abduction, school bullies and childhood obesity. Check schedule for Lil' Dragon class times.

Basic Karate Program
A six month program for ages 6 years old through adults, teaches traditional Okinawan Karate. Our new students learn the basic stances, strikes, blocks and kicks. The student will also learn self defense and sparring basics. Children will also learn to avoid and/or deal with the possibility of child abduction and school bullies. As with all martial arts programs, karate is more than learning self-defense. Karate training provides self-confidence, self-esteem, self-control, exercise, committment and life skills to adults and children alike. Check schedule for Beginner class times.

Black Belt Club
This is a three year program that will take the student to Black Belt. In the martial arts the Black Belt is the most recognized and respected martial arts rank and an international symbol of personal excellence. Your commitment to earning this rank and the prestige associated with it is recognized in the awarding of this membership. Check schedule for Intermediate and Advance class times.

Masters Club (Black Belts)
This program is for students who wish to continue training after reaching the rank of Shodan or 1st degree Black Belt. The student will certify with the six traditional Okinawan Weapons: (Bo, Tonfa, Sai, Nunchaku, Kama and Eku). They will also learn club, knife and gun self defense. Striking of pressure points and meridians will be taught as well as multiple attacker self-defense.. Check schedule for Black Belt class times.

Cardio Kickboxing
Our Cardio Kickboxing program is one of the best workouts in the world for releasing stress, tension and frustration. At the same time, our classes tone muscle and reduce fat quicker than any other workout. Plus, Cardio Kickboxing is safe, fun and utilizes the proven techniques of self-defense.
